SEAFOOD BENEDICT
This is my favorite breakfast to serve our guests!
Here's the video below the recipe~
Saute:  1/2 c. butter
3 T. minced garlic
1 bottle of claim juice
6 large scallops
6 large prawns (wild caught)
Add:  2 c. half & half
(after milk has heated, take 1/2 c. and add 4 T. flour)
then mix until the lumps are out and slowly put back into the pan
with the seafood
Stir until it thickens to your liking
Add 8 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
Serve over a toasted English muffin w/ smoked steelhead on top~
Place your poached egg on the smoked steelhead and
the sauce on top of everything!
Sprinkle w/ smoked paprika or dill to garnish
You can use any kind of fish or add salad shrimp.
If you have leftovers, add some wine to the sauce and
serve with your favorite pasta!
Enjoy~
